Schools almost over, for good this time. I'll be teaching in the fall, and having a career next fall (2009) i am almost a real adult, no more of this quasi adult shit lol.

Laura is leaving for Germany today, and i don't really feel happy. I want her to have fun, and not worry about me, but its hard for both of us. For the last 8 months Laura and I have talked everynight on the phone for atleast an hour, its the best way to fall asleep when u hear the voice of someone you care about. So for 2 weeks there is nobody to kiss, to hug, to hold, to cuddle with, to cook for, to tickle, to raspberry, and some other things that i won't type. It feels good to be lonely inside though becasue it reminds me that I found someone who really cares about me and someone i really care about. Pain may hurt, but it is always a reminder to the world around us and our current situation.

I am kinda cranky becasue Laura is leaving, and i had a meeting with my elementary advisor today. I will be stuck at Rowan for another 3-4 semesters, but thats not too bad, i have to retake three course i passes already, but get A's on them, one is a class i never went to and got a c- another is a class i took my freshman year that is a senior level class, i c- that class too, but thats pretty good for a 17 year old taking a senior course. Everything will and is falling into place, and next semester Laura and I will both be in college, and she wants me to help her write her papers becasue she thinks i am smart, but she is smarter than i ever will be becasue she has a work ethic and can ask for help. Well as you can probly see i am bitter and upset at the moment, so i will stop.

The past year has been same old same old, with a few deaths in the family and to them i say RIP Aunt Pat, Uncle Steve, and Uncle Willie, you were all better than could ever be. Though 2006 ended on a sad note, 2007 is on a strong note, I have met someone, we have been good friends for about 7 months now, and have been going out for about a month now. I try to write and my mind begins to focus on war and the uncalled for slaughter of our people. We are stong nation with a weak leader. The war achieved what it was meant to do, now we need to leave Iraq and Afghanistan and let them kill each other. Being a peacemaker gets us nowhere, we need to devolve back to our isolationist view before manifest destiny. Otherwise we will fall, and the rest of the world is seeing this. If the president and any other government official feel we need to spill American blood than they should soil the sand with their's first.
